Is it really free?
Yes. Get Your Amazon Invoices is 100% free. There is no subscription, trial period, licence to buy or paid plan.
Do I need a Get Your Amazon Invoices account?
No. You use your own Amazon Business account in Chrome or Microsoft Edge. The extension has no Get Your Amazon Invoices user account system.
Does my Amazon data leave my computer?
The extension reads the Amazon Business information needed for the search and processes it locally for the operation, resume state and duplicate history. This data is not sent automatically to the developer. A support diagnostic is only shared if you choose to send the local JSON file yourself.
Does the extension ask for my Amazon password?
No. Sign-in remains handled by Amazon and your browser. The extension does not collect your Amazon password, OTP codes or payment data.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop.
Which Amazon sites are supported?
Amazon Business in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Why do some orders have no invoice?
The extension does not create documents. It works with what Amazon Business makes available in your account. Order summaries are not treated as invoices.
Can I run the same period again without downloading everything twice?
Yes. The extension keeps a local duplicate history. Previously downloaded documents can be recognized and skipped by default.
Can I deliberately download a document again?
Yes. Enable the “Redownload duplicates” option before starting the search.
Where are the files saved?
Documents are saved under your browser Downloads folder in Factures_Amazon/<period>/. The localized CSV control report is saved with the period. Exact download behavior can depend on your browser and operating-system settings.
