Get Your Amazon Invoices works locally in the browser. Resume state and duplicate history stay on this device, and Amazon data is not sent automatically to the developer. No Get Your Amazon Invoices account is required, and the extension does not collect your Amazon password, OTP codes or payment data.
Purpose
Get Your Amazon Invoices is a 100% free browser extension for Amazon Business users who want a clear way to find, review and download invoices and credit notes for a selected period.
Your Amazon history does not need to become ours.

Duplicate prevention
Documents already downloaded can be recognized and skipped by default.
A compatible interrupted operation can be resumed instead of being restarted from scratch.
Control report
A local CSV report summarizes the document, result, file and observation for the operation.
Documents are saved under your browser Downloads folder in Factures_Amazon/<period>/. The localized CSV control report is saved with the period. Exact download behavior can depend on your browser and operating-system settings.
Support diagnostic
Need help? Start with the checks below. If support asks for a diagnostic, you can create it locally and decide yourself whether to share the JSON file.
Does the extension ask for my Amazon password?
No. Sign-in remains handled by Amazon and your browser. The extension does not collect your Amazon password, OTP codes or payment data.
Does my Amazon data leave my computer?
The extension reads the Amazon Business information needed for the search and processes it locally for the operation, resume state and duplicate history. This data is not sent automatically to the developer. A support diagnostic is only shared if you choose to send the local JSON file yourself.
User choices and deletion / uninstall effects
Users remain in control of the extension’s local state. They can stop an operation, clear the local duplicate-download history, and deliberately download previously known documents again by enabling the redownload option. The extension stores locally the selected Amazon marketplace preference, the current or resumable operation state, the duplicate-download history, and the context needed for an optional support diagnostic.
When the extension is uninstalled, the browser removes the extension’s local storage. PDF files, CSV control reports, and any diagnostic JSON files that have already been downloaded are separate files in the browser’s Downloads area. Clearing the duplicate history or uninstalling the extension does not delete those downloaded files; users must remove them separately if they wish to do so.
Browser permissions
The extension declares three browser permissions:
storage — stores the selected marketplace preference, current or resumable operation state, duplicate-download history, and support-diagnostic context locally in the extension.
downloads — starts and monitors document downloads, handles interrupted or timed-out downloads when necessary, and saves the CSV control report and optional diagnostic JSON file.
alarms — applies safety timeouts to active downloads so that a stalled download does not block the download queue indefinitely.
Separately, the extension is allowed to run only on the supported Amazon domains and their subdomains in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. This access is used to read the relevant Amazon Business order-history pages, detect available invoice and credit-note documents, and support the download workflow. The extension does not request access to all websites.
